Buyers of any of our properties in Rhodes can look forward to annual guarrantied returns of over 5%. Clients would receive a contract from our Management Partner on the day of the reservation of the property which will be renewed annualy.
As mentioned in our introduction page in Greece the capital gains annually have historically been between 12-15% per year. If buyers take on our investment plan it could mean that in five years time they could have received the 100% of their initial capital!
