1.Guaranteed income for 5 years by renting the property that will be equal to 25% of the property price the client paid at the time of purchase. This 25% will be paid to the client by Rental Company –n Subsidiary of the Developer in respect in 5 annual instalments within the 5 year period as follows:

2.Free property management and maintenance for the 5 year period.

3.Electricity and water bills will be covered Rental Company for the 5 year period.

4.Guarantee that the client will not pay any administration fees for the 25% income received, with the exception of any possible income tax in the country of origin. The client will not need to worry about an accountant looking after the bureaucracy either. This will be done by the Rental Company free of charge.

5.Guarantee that the property will be returned to the client at the end of the 5 year period in the same condition it was received when the contract was activated.

6.Free 5 year insurance cover for fire, theft, earthquake and damages to the house by third parties providing the client purchases a security system which costs about 2,500 – 3,000 euros.

The obligations of the client are:

a.To sign a contract with the Rental Company which is exclusive and irrevocable for both parties. Meaning that the property is promoted exclusively by the Rental Company for the 5 year period, apart from the days the owner is using it. The owner can use the property 28 days per year - 14 days in the winter period and 14 days in the summer period (excluding the period 15th of July to 15th of September). This contract cannot be cancelled by the client or by the Rental Company before the 5 year period is over.

b.To purchase an EOT licence for the property via the Developer in respect which costs 5,000 euros.

c.To furnish the property according to the EOT requirements. The Developer will soon have furniture packages that will be suggested to interested parties. For the moment if a client is interested there are furniture shops that can be recommended where a discount of 15% to 20% will be guaranteed.

HomeWorks will be maintaining the properties on behalf of the Rental Company.
